Quality and environmental management
The management of our company is constantly developing the management system. For the first step we integrated a special, production-registry software which is able to collect many information (for example: status of project, orders status, deadlines, efficiency tracking, machine hours etc.).
The quality control is supported by a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) and a 3D scanner.
As a result of the continuous development PLASTIC-FORM Ltd. got the MSZ EN ISO 9001:2000 certificate in March of 2004. Since that date, our company has had a quality management system certified according to the current version of the MSZ EN ISO 9001 standard.
Since November of 2022. we operate an integrated management system designed according to the requirements of the MSZ EN ISO 9001:2015 quality management standard and MSZ EN ISO 14001:2015 environmental management standard.
Integrated management policy of PLASTIC-FORM Ltd.
PLASTIC-FORM LTD. acknowledged in the field of tool production, committed to its customers and employees, successfully operating, continuously developing company.
Its main activity is the production, maintenance and repair of plastic forming tools necessary for the production of automotive, household, packaging and technical plastic parts.
The basic principle of our company is to serve its customers at a high level, taking their needs into account to the maximum extent.
In addition to recognizing and managing the risks of our operating environment and processes and getting to know the needs of interested parties, we want to meet the expectations of our customers with the efficiency of our management, our competitive prices, our quality products and services, and the operation of production processes that are less burdensome on our environment.
The management of our company has defined quality and environmental management goals and programs that support the preservation and further improvement of competitiveness and create harmony between our economic and environmental protection activities.
To achieve our goals:
- We operate an integrated management system designed according to the requirements of the MSZ EN ISO 9001:2015 and MSZ EN ISO 14001:2015 standards.
- We comply with legal requirements, standard specifications and official obligations related to the operation of the company.
- We strive to apply and develop modern, economical technologies that meet international standards and have less impact on the environment, to modernize the machinery, to ensure a higher level of quality control conditions and to reduce and prevent environmental pollution.
- We rely heavily on our experienced and qualified professionals. The development of our employees' knowledge plays an important role in the development of a quality- and environment-oriented approach. We consider it important that the satisfaction of our employees is based on the recognition of their performance, the full provision of the conditions necessary for their work, the creation of a suitable working environment, and their continuous professional training.
